If your shipment doesn't arrive within the transit time shown above, we will refund your shipping charges. The On Time Transit Guarantee applies as follows:
The transit time is defined as commencing from the date when payment and all completed shipping documents have been received and processed for shipping. The transit time then finishes on the date the shipment is available for re-delivery to your destination address. The guarantee excludes shipment delays which are a result of events outside our control such as strikes, wars and natural disasters or delays by the border authorities of the destination country such as Customs, Homeland Security or Environmental Agencies.
